Come and you’ll be back
Friendly service, homecooked meal and spotless cleaning
Booking your holiday in Vinaròs means you’ll enjoy the exceptional climate of the Costa Azahar, which is the best guarantee for a perfect holiday. The coast is divided into three areas: the North coves, the central beaches and the South coves. The town has a full range of attractions for visitors and our clients recommend our hotel in Vinaròs to live the beach atmosphere for a few days and enjoy the many activities available in the area.
OUR HOTEL IS A FAMILY IDEA
Welcome to our home!
We started this project 23 years ago and we still work with the same enthusiasm as we did at the beginning. You can tell by the way we receive our clients. Being a family hotel instead of a chain hotel means we are closer to our guests as we’re not just hoteliers – we are their hosts.
Who are we
We’re brothers and we’re from Tronchón, a village in the province of Teruel, which is where we got inspirations for our hotel’s name from. We wanted to feel like we were at home in Vinaròs. And we did it! Perhaps that’s why we’re so good at welcoming our guests.
Ours is a simple story, but full of hard work and determination. Being passionate about hospitality as we are, our first project in Vinaròs was the Bar/Restaurante Colón (1984). After 9 years, thanks to our customers, we realised Vinaròs needed more accommodation.
In 1993 we opened Hostel Teruel and its Restaurant. It has now been turned into a hotel and is still working well thanks to all of you – those of you who come to stay here and the many who come back.
os que volvéis.
I belong to the Belmonte family and you can tell, that’s why in our kitchen we always work produce from Teruel: lamb of Lower Aragon (Bajo Aragón), Teruel ham, typical cured meat (cecina)… And, of course, Tronchón cheese. Homemade food has always been highly valued by our customers. Some of our most popular dishes are our calamari, our fried cod in batter (soldaditos de Pavía), paellas, fish and seafood. All local produce, grown on Costa Azahar.
In addition, we focus on the fusion of tradition and innovation with techniques imported from molecular gastronomy. Thanks to this combination we won the Tapa Tour 2014 with our king prawn ravioli stuffed with a salt cod, potato and garlic purée (ajo mortero) over American sauce served with cuttlefish noodles and crispy puffed rice. Undoubtedly, at Restaurant Hotel Teruel you’ll enjoy a perfect local cuisine experience.
